Advanced Systems Group LLC provides onsite managed services for a prominent global tech company based in Mountain View. Currently we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Manager supporting event production upgrade projects that help maintain high end broadcast and event production venues at our clients site in Mountain View

Responsibilities:

  • Document the scale and scope of projects including deliverables, schedules, resource needs, and budgets
  • Manage internal resources, workflows, and direct outside agencies to support the execution of projects
  • Manage complex technical projects and initiatives
  • Establish and maintain communication and reporting channels
  • Provide timely and informative updates
  • Document best practices and SOPs
  • Identify obstacles and provide win win solutions and recommendations
  • Interface with clients to understand risks and priorities, then guide the team to align 
  • Maintain metrics and dashboards
  • Work among other exceptionally talented staff in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly collaborative environment
  • Share your depth of knowledge with the team and client as appropriate
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountability

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years experience in of project management experience
  • Knowledge of audio, video, broadcast production technology and operations
